- Grant Tracey always wanted a website that depicted all of his experience and capabilities as a Physio in the best light, but despite much investment, he found his efforts futile.
- Balgowlah Physio faced much local competition from younger businesses, one of them even impinging on the business name and riding on the good brand created by Grant and his team.
